Based them as units, I'm essentially doing it at 3/4 scale with a little fudging on cav. So hordes are based on a 150mm x 60mm foot print, Regiment on a 75mm x 60mm foot print and a troop at 75mm x30mm foot print. Werewolves are on a 90mm x 30mm foot print and characters are on a 20mm circle foot print.

Just played a few small games with the listed foot prints and they've been working well
